SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
We endeavour to work very closely with our warehouse and couriers to keep our customers up to date with any delays that may occur.
We offer free next day delivery on all UK orders, and currently all UK deliveries are running, on time as usual.
International orders may be running with slight delays due to Covid-19 restrictions and regulations. Please note if you have placed an order Internationally, we will pack and have it ready to send as soon as possible. RETURNS
We are still accepting returns as normal as outlined on our returns policy. When the return has arrived at our warehouse please note that our warehouse will dispose of any packaging, clean and sanitise the jewellery and set the item aside for 72 hours before returning to stock. We are taking hygiene very seriously at this time.
PRECAUTIONS WE ARE TAKING
Olivia & Pearl are taking strict precautions to ensure both our team and customers safety. Our warehouse team have been following all government advice to protect the team during this time including social distancing, wearing masks, hygiene and self-isolation when necessary. Our office team are all following government guidelines and working from home.
