Express Shipping (2-3 business days) - Order by midnight Thursday 18th December (All US time zones)

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - Free
Express Delivery (1-2 working days) - £5.95. Next day if ordered by 11am (Mon-Fri).
Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm) - £8.95. Order by 11am (Mon-Fri) for delivery by 1pm next working day.

USA & CANADA

Express Shipping on all US orders: 2-3 business days: $10 USD. Free on orders above $150.
Delivery, duties and taxes paid.

EUROPE (EU)

Free delivery for orders over £200: 3-5 business days
Flat rate of £20 for orders under £200: 3-5 business days
Please kindly note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may occur.

Free delivery for orders over £250: 3-5 business days

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

Style is personal, and sometimes it takes a little experimenting to get it just right. Below you will find all the information you need to make a quick and simple return if it’s not love at first sight. We are offering extended returns and exchanges during the gifting season, any order placed between November 10th and Christmas can be returned until January 31st, 2026.

To begin your return or exchange:

1. Visit our returns portal at oliviaandpearl.com/pages/returns

2. Enter your order number and email address

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and your preferred return option

4. Return your parcel to your nearest drop-off point or post office

Please note: All items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, with original packaging intact. In order to receive a refund on a set of earrings, they must not have been tried on.

Once your return is approved by Olivia & Pearl, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs. Should you need any additional help please contact us at care@oliviaandpearl.com

RETURNS COST

United Kingdom: We recommend you send these back to us 2nd class recorded delivery.
USA & Canada: There will be a flat $15 return shipping fee deducted from your refunded amount.
Europe: There will be a flat €15 return shipping fee deducted from your refunded amount.
International (other): There will be a flat £15 return shipping fee deducted from your refunded amount.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect item, send us an email at care@oliviaandpearl.com with a photo of the defect, as well as your order number and we’ll be happy to help amend this for you.
