Olivia and Pearl Competition Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
2. This competition is open to UK and international residents, aged 18 years or over.
3. This competition will commence at 18th December and closes on 23:59 GMT on 30th of December. All entries must be received by this closing date. Olivia and Pearl accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Olivia and Pearl by the relevant closing date for any reason.
4. Entrants may only submit one prize entry. Additional submissions from the same entrant will be discarded.
5. The winner will be selected at random by Olivia and Pearl and only entries which comply with the terms and conditions will be counted.
6. The winner will receive a 30 minute virtual guided glow session for you AND a friend – worth £250 per person. PLUS £500 each to spend on Olivia & Pearl.
7. Olivia and Pearl’s decision regarding the winner is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Olivia and Pearl reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be announced by Olivia & Pearl on a pre NYE celebration Live Instagram at 5pm, 31st December. The winner will also be notified via email on the same day.. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of Olivia and Pearl sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Olivia and Pearl reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
11. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Olivia and Pearl for the purposes of the administration of this competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with Olivia and Pearl’ privacy policy at https://oliviaandpearl.com/pages/privacy.
12. By entering this competition, all entrants agree to receive marketing newsletters from Olivia and Pearl. Entrants can unsubscribe at anytime.
13. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
