Working with the phenomenal GEM Kreatives and award-winning photographer Julia Flit, we spent a fabulous, high energy day shooting our look book to create something we are incredibly proud of – something that captures the feminine strength at the heart of Olivia & Pearl whilst nodding to future and our mission to reinvent a classic icon for the 21st century. |

Bjork was the inspiration for the shoot, she’s an inspiration for a lot of things to be honest but her video The Gate was our moving mood board for the colours we wanted to focus in on. Once we had our colour palette locked in it was onto the styling. We decided to focus on structured, futuristic but feminine womenswear from Judy Wu, Milo Maria, Felder & Felder and Finsk. As designers, they speak to our philosophy perfectly and their balance of the future and the classic is beautifully in sync with our badass attitude. Who’s that girl? That would be our stunning model, Liza Molnar who is everything we think #thepearlgirl is: contemporary and cool with a bit of a twist, she’s the new age English rose and makes our designs pop. And what can we say about GEM Kreatives? These guys were the perfect fit for us to collaborate with as they’re a wonderful blend of the established and the up and coming which is something we identify with! They helped us bring what we had in our minds to life: |
